DCM geeft workshop tijdens Nursing Congres

Van 4 tot en met 7 oktober 2010 vindt het vierde European Nursing Congress in Rotterdam plaats. Het DCM Symposium is op woensdag 6 oktober van 14.45 tot 16.15 uur. Het thema van dit symposium is ‘Improving the lives of people with dementia in Europe. How Dementia Care Mapping ( DCM) gives us a process to develop better dementia care’.

Tijdens het symposium presenteren diverse landen hun bevindingen met DCM. Aukje Post vertegenwoordigt hier uiteraard DCM Nederland. Het programma ziet er als volgt uit:
